This section outlines the plan for allocating Mesi App tokens ($MESI).

The tokens will be shared between:

  • Investors

  • Ecosystem funds and supporting initiatives

  • Internal stakeholders

Token allocation

Investors

  • Micro Pre-Seed Group: Allocated 1.0% (1,000,000,000 tokens). Total vesting period of 4 years with a 9-month lockup following TGE. No TGE unlock. Vesting begins 9 months after TGE, releasing 1/39 of the allocation per month. Token price: $0.0010 per token.

  • Seed A Group: Receives 10.0% (10,000,000,000 tokens). Total vesting period of 3 years with a 6-month lockup following TGE. No TGE unlock. Vesting begins 6 months after TGE, releasing 1/30 of the allocation per month. Token price: $0.0020 per token..

  • Seed B Group: Assigned 14.0% (14,000,000,000 tokens). Total vesting period of 2 years with a 3-month lockup following TGE. No TGE unlock. Vesting begins 3 months after TGE, releasing 1/21 of the allocation per month. Token price: $0.0030 per token.

Ecosystem

  • Treasury: Holds 20.0% (20,000,000,000 tokens). Fully released at TGE and maintained as part of the project’s strategic reserves. No vesting or lockup applies.

  • Community incentives: Comprises 9.5% (9,500,000,000 tokens). Total vesting period of 4 years with no lockup. 5% released at TGE for immediate community rewards, and the remaining 95% released linearly at 1/48 per month.

  • Liquidity: Allocated 1.5% (1,500,000,000 tokens). Fully released at TGE and used to establish liquidity depth on DEXes and CEXes. No vesting or lockup applies.

  • Airdrop: Accounts for 10.0% (10,000,000,000 tokens). Total vesting period of 4 years with a 3-month lockup following TGE. No TGE unlock. Vesting begins 3 months after TGE, releasing 1/45 of the allocation per month, distributed under a discretionary strategy.

Internal stakeholders

  • Core Team: Receives 25.0% (25,000,000,000 tokens). Total vesting period of 4 years with a 12-month lockup following TGE. No TGE unlock. Vesting begins 12 months after TGE, releasing 1/36 of the allocation per month.

  • Strategic partnerships: Assigned 5.0% (5,000,000,000 tokens). Total vesting period of 4 years with a 12-month lockup following TGE. No TGE unlock. Vesting begins 12 months after TGE, releasing 1/36 of the allocation per month.

  • Advisors: Allocated 4.0% (4,000,000,000 tokens). Total vesting period of 4 years with a 12-month lockup following TGE. No TGE unlock. Vesting begins 12 months after TGE, releasing 1/36 of the allocation per month.

Circulating Supply at Launch

  • Initial Launch Supply: 22% (21.98B tokens)

  • Treasury Reserve: 20% (20.00B tokens), non-circulating

  • Vested/Locked Tokens (Investors, Team, etc.): 58% (58.02B tokens), non-circulating
